Mr. Beers has over 20 years of experience as an IT professional and excels at helping clients maximize their legal software investment through continued enhancements of mission critical applications.

Mr. Beers has been Account Manager to Fortune 100 & 500 companies, and Federal, State, County and City government agencies for Matter Management products. This experience has given him exceptional insight into how to satisfy the many diversified needs of his clients. He has successfully worked with customers showcasing advantages of software upgrades through meaningful dialog and customer interaction, and worked with Federal and State procurement offices to secure contract and maintenance renewals.

In addition, Mr. Beers has also acted as Solution Architect and Sales Engineer, which included RFP response preparation, sales quotes and client demos for LawManager software and companion products.

As Technical Lead, Mr. Beers has successfully managed project teams, and performed System Architect, Project Manager and Business Analyst duties. He has led the implementation effort for large (million dollar plus) corporate and government projects, working closely with clients at every stage of implementation and through post production support, including requirements gathering, design, development and testing.

Mr. Beers has also been Lead Developer on many large corporate and government projects in which he was in charge of system design and all programming efforts. He worked directly with clients to deliver custom interfaces, data conversions, and LawManager configurations.

Mr. Beers is also a data conversion specialist responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of fully converted, fully functional systems. He has performed data migrations for some of the largest law firms in the US, working closely with the client to develop data mappings and data validations.

Mr. Beers’ experience has given him a broad knowledge of system implementation, including everything from sales, project management and client interaction to the highly technical skills of program development and data conversion. He is a proven leader who focuses on delivering quality custom software solutions.

Professional Experience

Mr. Lawrence has 20 years of legal software development experience implementing highly customized case management and time & billing systems. Clients include international corporate legal departments, local, state, and US federal government agencies.

Mr. Lawrence has worked on initial system design and requirements gathering, specification writing, data cleanup and migration, data and software interface design and coding, interface layout design, business logic coding, reporting and data analysis, documentation, and user training. This has involved installing and maintaining server software, back-end development, front-end application configuration and administration, and report development.

Mr. Lawrence has led small development teams to implement a variety of data analysis projects, and was the project lead on a 2020 self-driving car engineering project. This included taking in actual camera, lidar, radar and additional sensor data in order to automatically direct a sedan around an obstacle course.
